About Kisses for Kycie
Kisses for Kycie is a non-profit organization dedicated to raising awareness of the signs and symptoms of Type 1 Diabetes. Kisses for Kycie was set up by Josh and Jamie Terry in honor of their 5 year old daughter, Kycie, who unexpectedly passed away from complications of type 1 diabetes after a late diagnosis. An early diagnosis is critical in preventing long term complications, including death.
Money raised for the Kisses for Kycie Foundation during the So. Utah Half Marathon will go towards the purchase of high quality shirts and tanks that can be worn while running, working out at the gym or just leisure wear during the day. The Kisses for Kycie logo will be printed on the front of each shirt and the all important signs and symptoms will be printed on the back. We want to give you a shirt that you are comfortable wearing anywhere. A shirt that will display the signs and symptoms of type 1 diabetes for someone to see, and maybe you may help save a life.
